Trampoline delivery in County Donegal
Donegal Trampolines is run by Trampolines Ireland, an official BERG Premium Dealer. We sell online and deliver across County Donegal by courier. Your order travels on a pallet with Donegal Groupage, a haulier based at St Johnston, Co. Donegal, and is set down at the kerbside outside your address. This page covers the Eircode areas and towns we deliver to, who brings the pallet, what happens on the day, the islands, what it costs and the dates to know for Christmas 2026.
48 hours for models in stock
Anything we need to order in typically takes 7 to 10 days. You get a confirmed delivery date when you order.
Free over €300, county-wide
Every trampoline and PlayBase frame qualifies. Go-karts travel free whatever they cost. Smaller orders are €11.99.
14-day returns
Change of mind: you pay the return delivery. Faulty, damaged or wrong goods: we pay it.
Donegal's three Eircode areas
The first three characters of an Eircode are its routing key, and Donegal has three: F92, F93 and F94. Find yours below, with the towns we have confirmed under each key, the main roads that serve them and our pages for that part of the county.
| Routing key | Towns confirmed under it | Main roads | Our pages for the area |
|---|---|---|---|
| F92 Letterkenny | Letterkenny, Gweedore (Derrybeg), Falcarragh, Dunfanaghy, Creeslough, Arranmore | N13 into Letterkenny, joined by the N14 from Lifford at Manorcunningham; N56 west and north | Letterkenny, Gweedore and Falcarragh, Dunfanaghy and Creeslough |
| F93 Lifford | Lifford, Raphoe, St Johnston, Stranorlar, Buncrana, Carndonagh, Moville | N14 and N15 at Lifford, N13 and N15 at Stranorlar, R238 round Inishowen | Lifford, Raphoe and the Laggan, Ballybofey and Stranorlar, Buncrana, Carndonagh and Inishowen |
| F94 Donegal | Donegal Town, Ballyshannon, Bundoran, Killybegs, Glenties, Ardara, Dungloe | N15 south to Bundoran, N56 west to Killybegs and north to Dungloe | Donegal Town, Ballyshannon, Bundoran, Killybegs and South-West Donegal, Glenties and Ardara, Dungloe and the Rosses |
We list a town under a key only where we checked it against an official address. A town missing from the table is missing for that reason and no other: we deliver to all of them. Put your full Eircode on the order and the haulier works from that.
Who brings it: a haulier from St Johnston
Donegal orders are delivered by Donegal Groupage, of Carrickmore, St Johnston, Co. Donegal, F93 DC60, a member of The Pallet Network. So a trampoline bound for a Donegal garden finishes its journey with a Donegal haulier, working from the Laggan on the east side of the county.
St Johnston is close to Lifford, where the N14 leaves for Letterkenny and the N15 for Stranorlar, Donegal Town, Ballyshannon and Bundoran. From Letterkenny the N56 runs out through Dunfanaghy, Falcarragh, Gweedore, Dungloe, Glenties and Ardara, past Killybegs and back to Donegal Town. Inishowen is reached on the R238 from Bridge End.
Road distances from the depot, to the nearest few kilometres:
Lifford 13 km · Raphoe 13 km · Letterkenny 24 km · Stranorlar 28 km · Buncrana 30 km · Moville 49 km · Carndonagh 52 km
What kerbside pallet delivery means
Trampolines are big and heavy, so they do not come in a parcel van. The boxes are strapped to a wooden pallet and the pallet is put down at the kerbside. That is where the delivery ends.
- Getting the boxes from the kerb into the garden is up to you. The long boxes are a two-person lift.
- The pallet is yours to keep.
- Someone has to be at the address to sign for the delivery.
- If you are not building straight away, store the boxes somewhere dry.
Rural addresses: lanes, bridges and long drives
Donegal is the fourth-largest county in Ireland, and no national road runs up Inishowen beyond Bridge End, or west beyond Killybegs. Census 2022 found that households moving home here chose a detached house 48% of the time, against 23% nationally. A detached rural site suits a trampoline. It can be harder on a lorry.
A pallet lorry is bigger than a parcel van. When you order, tell us about anything between the public road and your gate that a lorry might struggle with: a narrow lane, a low bridge, a long unpaved drive. Knowing in advance lets the delivery be planned properly. Your Eircode helps too, so please include it.
Arranmore, Tory and the islands
Arranmore. Two ferry companies sail between Burtonport pier and the island, and both carry vehicles. Ring 091 423 369 before ordering so we can confirm how and when the order will arrive.
Tory and other islands. The Tory ferry from Magheroarty is for passengers only, with no cars, so freight has to be arranged separately. Ring us first for Tory or any other offshore island.
Priced in euro, sent from Ireland
Donegal shoppers often compare with British websites, so it is worth setting out. Our prices are in euro and include VAT, and orders are sent from stock in Ireland. Revenue's guidance is that no customs formalities apply when you shop online from Ireland or another EU country. For goods ordered from Great Britain, import VAT applies, and above €150 customs duty may apply as well.
For a delivery to an address in Northern Ireland, ring our Northern Ireland line on 028 3756 8930.
Signing, and what to do about damage
Look over the boxes before you sign. If a box is torn, crushed or wet, write that on the driver's docket first and then sign.
After that, tell us within 24 hours. Ring 091 423 369 or email us, with a photo if you can take one. We keep genuine BERG spare parts, and if goods arrive faulty, damaged or wrong the cost of sending them back is ours.
How long it takes
Models in stock are delivered within 48 hours. If the model you want has to be ordered in, delivery is typically 7 to 10 days. In both cases we confirm the date when you order, so you can arrange for someone to be home.
Working to a birthday or a Communion? Ring 091 423 369 (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm) before you order and we will tell you whether that model is on the shelf.
What delivery costs
Nothing on an order over €300. Every trampoline and every PlayBase frame on this site is above that figure. An order under €300 costs €11.99 to deliver. The terms are the same in every part of the county.
Go-karts are the exception in your favour. All five BERG pedal karts ship free, including the Buddy B.Orange at €299. They are on the go-karts page.
Towns on our delivery list
These Donegal places are named on our delivery list:
Letterkenny, Buncrana, Ballybofey and Stranorlar, Donegal Town, Carndonagh, Ballyshannon, Bundoran, Lifford, Convoy, Moville.
If your town or townland is missing, that only means the list is short. Ring us with your Eircode and we will confirm it. We have a page for each of these parts of the county:
Collection
Every order is delivered by courier, so there is no need to travel. If you would still prefer to collect, collection from our warehouse is by appointment. Ring 091 423 369 to arrange it.
Christmas 2026
- Order by Wednesday 16 December. In-stock models ordered by that date are delivered before Christmas.
- Collection until 12 noon on Christmas Eve. In-stock orders can be collected from our warehouse by appointment up to then.
Both dates apply to models in stock, so check with us before you rely on them. For a go-kart under the tree, see the five BERG go-karts.
We deliver, we do not build
We supply and deliver. We do not assemble or install. An above-ground trampoline, a go-kart or a PlayBase frame is put together from BERG's manual.
An InGround or FlatGround trampoline needs groundwork first, and that is done by an independent installer, landscaper or builder who has seen your ground. We can put you in touch with an independent installer, who quotes you directly. See in-ground or above ground in Donegal.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an order. If you have changed your mind, you pay the return delivery. If the goods are faulty, damaged or wrong, we pay. Get in touch before sending anything back and we will set it up with you.
Before you order
- Unsure of the size? Book a free garden consultation. Send photos and rough measurements and we will suggest a model and a delivered price.
- Read how to anchor a trampoline in windy Donegal before you settle on where it will stand.
- Seen the same BERG model cheaper at another authorised Irish BERG dealer? Ask us about our price match.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who delivers trampolines in Donegal?+
Donegal Groupage, of Carrickmore, St Johnston, Co. Donegal, F93 DC60, a member of The Pallet Network. Our orders for the county go out on a pallet through that haulier, whether the address is in Letterkenny, on Inishowen or out the N56 in the Rosses.
How long does trampoline delivery to Donegal take?+
A model we have in stock is delivered within 48 hours. A model that has to be ordered in typically takes 7 to 10 days. Either way we confirm the delivery date with you when you order.
Is delivery to Donegal free?+
On orders over €300, yes, and every trampoline and PlayBase frame we sell costs more than that. Go-karts are delivered free at any price. An order under €300, such as an anchor kit bought by itself, costs €11.99 to send. There is no surcharge for any part of the county.
Do you deliver to Arranmore?+
Ring 091 423 369 before ordering. Two ferry companies sail from Burtonport pier to Arranmore and both carry vehicles, so it can be arranged, but we confirm how and when it will arrive before we take the order.
Do you deliver to Tory Island?+
Ring 091 423 369 first. The Tory ferry from Magheroarty carries passengers only, with no cars, so freight has to travel separately and we need to confirm the arrangement before you order.
Will the driver bring the boxes round to the back garden?+
No. The pallet is left at the kerbside. Carrying the boxes from there into the garden is your job, so have a second adult on hand for the long ones. The pallet stays with you.
Our house is down a narrow lane. Can the lorry get to us?+
Tell us when you order. Pallet lorries are bigger than parcel vans, so we need to know about a narrow lane, a low bridge or a long unpaved drive before the delivery is booked, not on the morning it is due.
Do you deliver to Derry, Strabane or Enniskillen?+
For any address in Northern Ireland, ring our Northern Ireland line on 028 3756 8930. This site and its euro prices are for deliveries within County Donegal.
Can I collect my order instead?+
Yes, by arrangement. Collection from our warehouse is by appointment, so ring 091 423 369 first and we will agree a time.
