Frequently Asked Questions
Do you deliver to Gaoth Dobhair?+
Yes. We deliver across County Donegal with Donegal Groupage, and that includes Bunbeg, Derrybeg, Dunlewey, Falcarragh and Gortahork. Delivery is free on orders over €300.
Can a trampoline be sent to Tory Island?+
Ring 091 423 369 before ordering. The Tory ferry from Magheroarty pier carries passengers only, with no cars, so freight has to be arranged separately and we need to confirm how it would travel before we take the order.
The house faces the Atlantic. Which type should we look at?+
Start with the in-ground types. A FlatGround sits level with the lawn and an InGround leaves a low edge, so both catch far less wind than a trampoline on legs. If you choose one on legs, anchor it, and take the net and padding off before a storm, as BERG advises.
Our ground is boggy. Does that rule out a sunken trampoline?+
Not by itself, but it is the installer's question. The council's landscape assessment counts Atlantic bog as the largest landscape type in Donegal, about a quarter of the county, and for a sunken model BERG asks for adequate drainage and a check that ground water will not fill the hole. A trampoline on legs needs no digging.
How will we know when it is coming?+
We confirm the delivery date when you order. In-stock models are delivered within 48 hours. Someone has to be at the house to sign for the pallet.
