Frequently Asked Questions
Can you deliver to a holiday home in Dunfanaghy or Downings?+
Yes. Tell us when you will be in the house: we confirm the delivery date when you order and someone has to be there to sign for the pallet.
The trampoline will be left on its own for weeks at a time. Is that all right?+
Plan for it. BERG advises taking the padding and the safety net off before severe weather, and that is hard to do from another county. An in-ground model sold without a net has less for the wind to catch. If you choose one on legs, anchor it and take the net down before you lock up.
We want to keep the view of the bay. Which type?+
A FlatGround finishes flush with the grass, so there are no legs, no ladder and, on most models, no net in the line of sight. An InGround leaves a low raised edge. Both need groundwork by an installer.
How much room does a trampoline need?+
BERG asks for 2 m clear at each side and 7 m clear overhead, on level ground. Add 4 m to the trampoline's size for the patch it needs: an 11ft round, 330cm, wants about 7.3 m across.
Is delivery free out here?+
Yes. Free delivery on orders over €300 applies across County Donegal, and go-karts are delivered free at any price.
