Frequently Asked Questions
Do you deliver to Glenties and Ardara?+
Yes, and to Portnoo, Narin and the country between. We deliver across County Donegal with Donegal Groupage, free on orders over €300.
Is it worth buying a trampoline with our weather?+
A BERG trampoline is made to stay outdoors, though BERG says not to jump on a wet mat or in strong wind. Met Éireann puts rainfall in the west at 1,000 to 1,400 mm a year in general, so there will be wet days, and plenty of dry ones too. BERG recommends storing the mat and net indoors over the winter.
It is for a holiday house at Portnoo. What should we think about?+
Who will look after it when the house is empty. Take the safety net and padding off and check the anchors before you leave, or choose an in-ground model with no net. Tell us which dates you are there and we will arrange delivery for then.
Which BERG go-kart suits a seven-year-old?+
At seven, BERG's age guides for all three frames apply: the Buddy is for 3 to 8 years, the Rally for 4 to 12 and the XL for 5 to adult. The Rally is the natural fit, with more years left in it than the Buddy.
What happens if something arrives damaged?+
Write it on the driver's docket before you sign, and tell us within 24 hours with a photo if you can. If goods arrive faulty, damaged or wrong, the cost of putting it right is ours.
