Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I buy a BERG trampoline in Letterkenny?+
From us, online. Donegal Trampolines is run by Trampolines Ireland, an official BERG Premium Dealer, and every order is delivered to the address by Donegal Groupage. You choose a model on this site, pay on TrampolinesIreland.com and the pallet is set down at your kerb, so nothing has to be fitted into a car.
How quickly can a trampoline reach Letterkenny?+
A model in stock is delivered within 48 hours. One that has to be ordered in typically takes 7 to 10 days. Either way we confirm the date when you order, and someone has to be at the house to sign.
We are in an estate in Letterkenny. What size will fit?+
BERG asks for level ground with 2 m clear on every side and 7 m clear overhead, so add 4 m to the size of the trampoline. The smallest rounds we sell are 200cm and 270cm across, which need a clear patch of about 6 m and 6.7 m. A rectangular model asks less of the width. Send us photos and rough measurements and we will tell you what fits.
Is there a trampoline park in Letterkenny?+
As of October 2026 we could not confirm a trampoline park operating in Letterkenny. Arena 7 on the Ramelton Road has an indoor adventure centre for children of 9 and under. Check with the venue before you travel.
Do you deliver to Ramelton, Milford and Kilmacrenan?+
Yes. We deliver across the county on the same terms: free on orders over €300, on a pallet to the kerbside. Put your full Eircode on the order and mention a narrow lane or a long unpaved drive, because a pallet lorry is bigger than a parcel van.
