The depot is at St Johnston. Does that make delivery faster here?+
The promise is the same everywhere in the county: in-stock models within 48 hours, others typically in 7 to 10 days. Being close to the depot does mean a short last leg. We confirm the date when you order.
Is it worth ordering from a British website instead?+
That is your call, but compare like with like. Our prices are in euro with VAT included and delivery is free over €300. Revenue's guidance is that no customs formalities apply to online orders from Ireland or another EU country, while import VAT, and above €150 possibly customs duty, apply to goods ordered from Great Britain. If you see the same BERG model cheaper at another authorised Irish BERG dealer, ask us about a price match.

We have a big rural site near Raphoe. How big can we go?+
As big as the level ground allows. The largest models we sell are the Pro Bouncer at 16 x 16ft and the 17 x 11.5ft Grand ovals. Add BERG's 2 m of clear space on every side and keep 7 m clear overhead. Room is seldom the limit on a farm site; level ground and shelter usually are.
Will you install it?+
We supply and deliver. A trampoline on legs is assembled from BERG's manual. For an InGround or FlatGround, we can put you in touch with an independent installer, who looks at the ground and quotes you directly.
