Frequently Asked Questions
Our site is on the side of a hill. Can it take a trampoline?+
BERG asks for level ground, checked with a spirit level, with 2 m clear at the sides and 7 m overhead. The county council's landscape assessment notes the drumlins around Donegal Bay, so sloping sites are common in this part of the county. Measure the level part only, or the part you are willing to have levelled by a landscaper, and send us photos.
What does delivery to Donegal Town cost?+
Nothing on an order over €300, which takes in every trampoline and every PlayBase frame. Go-karts are delivered free at any price. A smaller order, such as an anchor kit bought on its own, is €11.99.
Can you have a go-kart with us for Christmas?+
An in-stock kart ordered by Wednesday 16 December 2026 is delivered before Christmas. All five karts are held in our own Irish warehouse and normally arrive within 48 hours.
Do you deliver out the Killybegs road, to Mountcharles, Inver and Dunkineely?+
Yes, on the same terms. Give us your full Eircode, and mention anything between the N56 and your gate that a lorry would struggle with.
What warranty does a BERG trampoline carry?+
It depends on the range. BERG's manufacturer warranty on the frame is 5 years for a Favorit, or 8 when you register it. For Champion, Elite and Pro Bouncer it is 10 years, or 13 when registered.
