Frequently Asked Questions
It is for a holiday home in Bundoran. Can you deliver when we are there?+
Yes. We confirm the delivery date when you order, and someone has to be at the address to sign, so tell us the dates you will be in the house. If the trampoline will stand unattended between visits, take the net and padding off and check the anchors before you leave.
We are near the seafront. How do we stop it lifting?+
Anchor it and prepare before storms. We sell two anchor kits: Trampoline Anchors, 4 Pack with Straps and Universal Trampoline Anchors (8). BERG advises removing the padding and safety net before severe weather and placing the trampoline beside a fence or wall that breaks the wind. For a very open site, look at a FlatGround, which sits level with the lawn.
Does sea air harm a BERG frame?+
BERG trampoline frames are galvanised to protect them against corrosion. BERG also recommends storing the jumping mat and safety net indoors over the winter. Ask us if you want the detail for a particular model.
Do you deliver to Tullaghan and Kinlough, just over the county boundary?+
Yes. Trampolines Ireland delivers across the Republic, so an address in Leitrim or Sligo is no problem. Give us the Eircode and we will confirm the date.
How much is delivery?+
Free on orders over €300. Every trampoline and PlayBase frame is above that, and all five go-karts ship free. Smaller orders are €11.99.
