We live close to Derry. Is there any catch in buying from you?+
No. Prices on this site are in euro and include VAT, and the order is sent from stock in Ireland. Revenue's guidance is that no customs formalities apply when you shop online from Ireland or another EU country. Import VAT, and above €150 possibly customs duty, apply to goods ordered from Great Britain.

Our garden looks out over Lough Swilly. Will a trampoline cope?+
It needs anchoring and it needs you to act before a storm. BERG's advice is to anchor a trampoline, to take the padding and the safety net off before severe weather, and to place it beside a fence or wall that breaks the wind. On an open site by the water, look at an in-ground model: a FlatGround sits level with the lawn and catches far less wind than one on legs.
Is there indoor play in Buncrana for a wet day?+
Wains World, at Milltown Business Park, describes itself as a purpose-built indoor play and party centre. It is soft play, not a trampoline park. Check its opening days before you go.
How does the delivery reach us?+
On a pallet with Donegal Groupage, set down at the kerbside. Someone has to sign for it. Write any damage on the driver's docket before you sign and tell us within 24 hours.
